First announced at the IAAPA Expo in Orlando in November 2025, Nateland is a $350 million, multi-area destination set to bring Nate Bargatze's values and a small town feel back to Nashville. 

Storyland Location's role with Nateland Experiences spans market intelligence and opportunity assessment, deal structuring, capital sourcing, investor engagement, and negotiation. This work continues to inform early design direction, master planning, and the spatial storytelling framework guiding the next phase.

The current design includes a 1990s-themed entry experience, performance venues, and space for rides and attractions. A site has been identified within the Nashville metro area, though the precise location will be shared at a later time.
